Day 1 Nairobi
Touchdown in Kenya's hectic capital, Nairobi. For those arriving early, a visit to the National Museum is highly recommended. The city also boasts an enviable array of restaurants, bars, and cafes well worth exploring.

Day 2-3 Aberdare National Park
Enjoy a Kenyan country-style lunch before journeying into the heart of Aberdare National Park. Take in panoramic views of the forest and waterholes below and try to spot buffaloes, rhinos, elephants, giant forest hogs, pythons, and antelope.

Day 4-5 Lake Nakuru National Park
Head west to visit the vast Lake Nakuru National Park in the heart of the Rift Valley. Lake Nakuru is justly famous for its visiting flocks of flamingos, pelicans, terns and cormorants, but there are plenty of land-dwelling animals as well. Rare Rothschild's giraffe and both black and white rhino can be spotted within the park's boundaries.

Day 6-7 Masai Mara National Reserve
The iconic Masai Mara is one of Africa's most famous reserves and its sweeping plains play host to buffaloes, gazelles, and various other herbivores. In turn, these well-fed creatures are prey for lions, leopards, cheetahs and other stealthy predators.
